How does idle time work?

As an admin, you can set the idle time threshold on the Settings -> Track Settings page. When a team member exceeds this threshold, any minutes of inactivity beyond it will be marked as idle time.
For example, if you set the idle time threshold to 5 minutes on the Settings -> Track Settings page, any continuous inactivity beyond 5 minutes will be marked as idle time. So, if a team member steps away from their workstation and doesn’t return for 10 minutes, 5 minutes (the time exceeding the threshold) will be recorded as idle.
