How productivity is calculated in workfolio?

Welcome to Workfolio,
Productivity is calculated based on the admin configuration.
Ex: If an admin assigns the productivity label Productive to Slack, then time spent on Slack will be considered as Productive Time Spent.
On the Review Apps Usage page, the admin can review & view the labels for each of the apps that were used by team members.
